The following workout routine consists of three exercises. The exercises have to be completed after each workout or every 2nd day in 3 or 4 rounds. Such an abs workout should take about 10 to 15 minutes - this is quite enough! If you are not able to do the specified number of repetitions in the beginning of your competition, try to reach as much as possible.
